I should win this because I totally don’t deserve it, and isn’t that what a ‘celebrity blogger’ category deserves? I wouldn’t necessarily say Wil is a ‘celebrity blogger’ because he’s a great REAL writer who happens to also be a celebrity. So he’s out. And then Britney, well, I think I write less than Britney, so I definitely deserve it more than her.
The ‘celebrity blogger‘ who wins should be the person who updates their blog the least. That’s me!

Well what you really need… to put you over the top for the prize… would be at least one post a week where you post something really really stupid that’s in the news, or a stupid movie opening up… and then one of those FAIL macros. Because apparently that’s really witty. Or so they all seem to think.

Margaret Cho, in my humble, yet oh so life-shaping, opinion, is THE CELEB BLOGGER. Why should she win? BECAUSE. Okay if that’s not a sufficient answer, because she doesn’t really give a crap about writing on a consistant basis (and she’s busy, duh!). Why write for the sake of writing…she writes when she has something to say. That is most of the time…no offense M…it’s actually a compliment. In writing, she has fought for: herself, her friends, gay rights, the impoverished, and the abused (etc). She has kept us up on the Hollywood to Hyannis Happenings, exposed us to the good, the bad, the ugly, and the unidentifiable, the network controlling, neurotic, nouveau nothings and their ridiculous right hand, yes-saps, and let’s face it, stuff you would never have had the guts to say, see, or vocalize, nevermind the nuts to experience. Why? Because she has had the balls to step up, speak up and stick up, not banks, but her middle finger and say, “HEY,…HEY…I”M HERE, I”M FUNNY, AND I DARE YOU, DAMN IT! I say, YOU GO GIRL. p.s.
