Margaret Cho’s delivery is better than ever in this new concert film but her material was marginally better in “I’m the One that I Want,” which summarized 30 years of her life while this only covers an additional year or two.

If anything, other than intolerance, offends you, go see another movie. The no-holds-barred content includes Cho getting fisted by one woman and being given colon hydrotherapy by another, as well as menstruation and cunnilingus. Don’t invest in too large a bucket of popcorn. (You’ll be laughing too hard to eat it anyway.)

While her earlier film was front-loaded with gay material, it’s more evenly distributed throughout “Notorious C.H.O.”

After observing gay life in her previous film Cho’s more of a participant in this one; yet she says she prefers men: “I’ll eat pussy. It’s just not my first choice.”

Toward the end Cho delivers her usual positive message about self-esteem plus a plug for same-sex marriage.

If the reviews give away more funny lines than there were in all three “Austin Powers” movies, there are hundreds left for you to discover in “Notorious C.H.O.” ***
