  1. I have been watching your stand up for years. But you seem to now be comfortable with yourself. I am now at that point of my life. It sucks to hit the bottom before you go up again. But it is worth the ride. Congrats on the show. It was great. I think you rock.

  2. u rock margaret. I love your stuff and im glad you have this show im gonna be supporting it definetely! this show will be a hit!

  3. I saw the Cho show today on VH1 and I loved it. Margaret Cho is such an inspiration for so many reasons and I hope the show captures a broad audience so that more people will understand how amazing she is. I have been a huge fan for many years and will continue to seek out whatever venture Margaret tackles.

  4. I watched the trailer above for about 30 seconds and realized right away that this was gonna be just another trashy show.

Come on Cho, you can do so much better. After watching the Beijing Olympics and the fabulous show they put on, I was very proud of the Asian community (I’m cauc-asian) , so when I saw an article about your show, which was billed as a show that gives new life to parents!?! – I was expecting something grand. Boy was I ever disappointed.

Why is it that people feel a need to share every gross detail about their sexual lives? Why the heck would I care how many times you’ve used your vaginal area? All you’re getting for laughter is the shock response. There are so many things in life that are truly funny, why not go there instead? When people like yourself begin to take their sexuality seriously, maybe everyone else will too. Think of a 50 yard line on the football field – on the left is all the evil, hate, pornographic, crude, hurtful, disgusting…and so forth. On the right is everything good, loving, kind, giving, uplifting, enlightening, progressive, solid and wonderful. (this is not political, this is just real).

Maybe Hollywood will tell you that trash is what the people want! That’s BS – this is what the people get shoved down their throats and they just accept it and make do with it. It doesn’t take any creativity to be vulgar and crude. Learn how to make people laugh without swearing and without crude sexual innuendo and all that other junk and you’ll have it made!

Thank you for listening and considering,
    So

  5. Everytime I watch the part where that girl is reading to you what she wrote down I get teary-eyed because I totally want to tell you the same thing. You inspire so many people whatever their race or sex and you really seem to have grown to learn how to live with whatever people think is okay to throw at you. I am a Korean-American girl who holds a lot of secrets from my parents, I’m living with my boyfriend of 3 years, and not attending college but they dont know any of it. I know that they’ll find out some day but I still cant bring myself to come to terms with what makes me happy and I feel like if I were to come out and tell them who I really am it’ll make them hate me. It’s the whole “Koreans not liking me for being korean enough” thing. I hope someday this will change but I just wanted to let you know that its people like you that help me to keep going on living the way I want live it as opposed to how my parents or the korean community, or any community feels I should live it.

Sorry for the insane length of this comment! [: I was lucky enough to catch your show when you came to Portland, Oregon, it was amazing! I wear the beautiful shirt I got almost every week. Thanks for doing what you do girl, you’re awesome!

  6. Margaret Cho,
I watched your show for the first time last night. I can’t believe that your show is only a half hour long. Considering that all the shows before your show and after is an hour long and dumb as h—. You go girl.
