Bid on my MOTORCYCLE!!

I donated one of my motorcycles to the National Association to Protect Children and bidding is happening now!!

This 2012 Suzuki LS650 Savage is being auctioned off to benefit the National Association to Protect Children, a national membership organization that develops programs that protect children from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Their latest program, the H.E.R.O. Child-Rescue Corps, trains military heroes to utilize technology to identify and rescue child victims of rape and exploitation. Read more about it here.

it’s a star-studded motorcycle

When comedian and actress Margaret Cho decided she needed to get rid of one of her motorcycles, she did it in the way that earned her the title “Patron Saint of Outsiders”: she donated it to the National Association to Protect Children.

The donation was “brokered” by another comedian/actress, Alison Arngrim, who earned the title “Prairie Bitch,” but only because of her outstanding acting on “Little House on the Prairie.” Alison has been on the Board of the National Association to Protect Children since the beginning, and is known as an outspoken advocate for both child protection and also HIV/AIDS awareness and treatment.

Alison said, “Hey, let’s sign the bike.” And so she did. And then got her friends involved.
