Margaret Cho returns to Drop Dead Diva for the 6th and final season on March 23rd at 9pm on Lifetime!
It’s time for “Drop Dead Diva” to take a final bow. The sixth and final season premieres on March 23 at 9.8c with a two-hour event.
So, where did we leave off? Here’s a refresher course: at the close of last season, Jane thought she would finally have her happy ending with Grayson, until Brittany (Old Jane) revealed to Grayson that Jane isn’t who he thinks she is.
In the season six premiere, Jane is forced to finally tell the truth to Grayson, but his reaction leaves her more lost than ever. Meanwhile Owen gets a visit from his estranged brother, Charlie (Colin Egglesfied, “The Client List”), that puts his personal life and the firm at risk. As Jane buries herself in work once again to hide from the problems in her life, she discovers her new pro bono case has high stakes with the U.S. government. With Kim on maternity leave, a new lawyer, Belinda (Virginia Williams, “How I Met Your Mother”) joins the firm and gives Jane a run for her money.
On top of Egglesfield and Williams, “High School Musical” star Corbin Bleu, Rick Springfield, Rascal Flatt’s Jay DeMarcus will guest star on this season. S. Epatha Merkerson and John Ratzenberger will also reprise their roles as Judge Hiller and Kim’s father, Larry.
