Pat Robertson has now apologized for saying that the US should assassinate Venezuelan President Chavez. At first, he tried to deny ever saying it and blamed the media for taking his remarks out of context. Then he just hunkered down and said he was sorry.
I think what happened is the CIA was about to assassinate Chavez and then Pat Robertson fucked up their whole plan. Now, due to the controversy everyone would be watching and any attempt would be too suspicious.
Pat Robertson always says the most crazy shit. He said that because of Gay Days at Disney World, a meteor would hit Florida. I don’t think that is possible. If any meteor were to hit Florida because of rampant gayness, it would have to be Key West, not Disney World. He also claimed that feminism caused women to kill their children, practice witchcraft and become lesbians. He’s not smart, but he is sorry.
